One place for their health history.
The LONGTALE Health Passport is our plan for an owner-controlled record: the reports your vet gives you, past visits and upcoming reminders, kept together and easy to revisit.

How it would work.
Your vet
Examines your pet, chooses any tests and gives you the results and advice, as they do today.
You add a copy
You’d upload the report your practice gave you to your own private record.
It stays organised
Visits, reports and reminders would sit together, with the original documents kept exactly as they were.
You stay in control
Only you would see the record, and you could download or delete it at any time.
Where things stand.
The Health Passport isn’t available yet: there are no accounts or uploads, and no veterinary practice sends results to LONGTALE. When it launches, it will start with reports you choose to add yourself.
