Better care.
A longer
relationship.
Introduce your practice to a more connected approach to pet wellbeing — bringing preventive veterinary care, clearer health records and considered everyday care into one experience.
A proposed new route to the right clients.
A reason to stay connected after the appointment.
UK-based. First pilot conversations in Helsinki, Finland. Our public London clinic directory is separate and lists independent practices, not partners.
Good for your clients.
Meaningful for your practice.
Our editorial discovery platform is live. Now we are exploring how selected veterinary practices could help shape its next chapter.
Reach the right pet owners.
We are developing a route from considered wellbeing discovery to preventive-care appointments. The aim: introduce your practice to owners who want to invest in their pet’s long-term health.
Extend the value of every visit.
A clearer record could help owners revisit findings, remember the conversation and return for appropriate follow-up. An appointment becomes the beginning of a more continuous relationship.
Keep your expertise central.
Your team examines the pet, chooses appropriate tests and interprets the findings. LONGTALE would support discovery, communication and continuity around the care you provide.
These are partnership objectives to explore together, rather than outcomes already delivered.

just the beginning.

Faithful to the source. Original values, units, laboratory intervals and provenance stay together.
Led by your interpretation. Clinical meaning and follow-up remain with the treating veterinarian.

Start with a pilot.
Build what comes next.
We are inviting a small number of independent practices to explore an initial collaboration, beginning in Helsinki. A practical screening appointment. A thoughtful client experience. A shared view of what could work.
A senior-dog preventive review could be a starting point, with the examination and any blood or urine testing selected by your veterinarian.

Your practice.
Your judgement.
Always.
Care stays with the clinician.
The examination, test selection, interpretation and clinical advice remain the responsibility of veterinary professionals. LONGTALE complements that relationship.
Permission comes before sharing.
Real information would only be processed through appropriately authorised, secure arrangements agreed with your practice. Your professional record-keeping obligations remain.
An agreed way of working.
Any integration would be scoped together. No assumed access to your systems, no prescribed test panel and no replacement for veterinary care.
A clear start
to the conversation.
What is live, what is proposed,
and what we would agree together.
What would an initial partnership involve?
A conversation about your practice and a small, jointly defined pilot. We would agree the screening scope, appointment arrangements, report workflow and how to evaluate the experience before discussing any wider partnership.
Are there costs or contractual commitments?
There is no commitment in starting a conversation. Appointment fees, each party’s responsibilities and any pilot or future commercial terms would be agreed in writing before work begins. We do not promise free appointments, fixed commissions or guaranteed referrals.
Would we need to change our existing software?
We would begin by understanding your current workflow. An initial pilot would be scoped around an agreed practical process; it does not assume a software replacement or an existing integration. Any integration would require separate agreement with your practice.
Who handles clinical assessment and reporting?
The treating veterinary practice selects the examination and tests, interprets findings and gives clinical advice. Your professional record-keeping obligations continue to apply. LONGTALE would complement that care, with any owner-facing clinical interpretation subject to veterinary approval.
How would bookings be introduced?
For a pilot, appointment arrangements would be agreed directly with your practice. A future discovery and referral journey is an objective to explore together. No automated booking connection or validated customer-acquisition channel is currently available.
How would clinical information be shared?
Only after agreeing an appropriately authorised, secure process with the practice, including the legal basis, owner permissions, access, retention and each party’s responsibilities. This page collects no clinical information, and the concept preview contains only fictional material.
Is LONGTALE already a veterinary booking service?
No. Our editorial wellbeing discovery website is live, including a small directory of independent London practices that publish information about health checks; owners arrange visits directly with those practices. The clinical software is in development or demonstration form, and we are exploring our first clinic collaborations. Public veterinary booking, live clinical integrations and owner record sharing are not yet operational.
Are the practices in your London directory LONGTALE partners?
No. The directory lists independent practices using information they publish on their own websites. Inclusion doesn’t mean a partnership, pilot participation, referral arrangement or clinical endorsement. The pilot conversations described on this page are separate.
